Most contractors they have selected for us have been good.
Simply put if you have simple problems it will get fixed. Just not in a timely manner. My sewer was backed up toilet over flowing causing water damage in the basement. American did set an appointment with a plumber but they couldn’t come out for days. I call a different company they had a plumber there in an hour. This is not the only time this has happened. Overall I like the service, but I was told when I renewed that I would get $100 off and March payment would be free. They have already deducted from my credit account other than that it is good.
