The technician sent by AHS was able to quickly diagnose the exact problem with the HVAC system as the blower motor. Because they did not have the part in stock, they could not commit how quickly they could complete the repair but they had the unit overnighted from the manufacturer and completed the repair the next day. Kudos to AHS for providing a much needed service-repair as quickly as possible and not make unnecessary repairs.
