Since my husband passed in April of this year. I knew that I would need someone to come help with all the manly things he took care of. Glad my friend referred me to you all. They came and fixed my furnace, and explained to me what they were doing. I am totally satisfied

Since I moved out in the country its been hard to get help when needed. The last time went well but there's been a few times it took too long to get the job done.i had to find my own company to come out last December when furnace broke down. Customer Service with people in different countries is not something I expect from a company called American Home Shield . Refrigerator broke down. Within a week someone had evaluated the problem, ordered parts, installed them and had the refrigerator up and running. Very easy online process.
