AHS just replaced my built-in GE over-the-range microwave. They sent a GE appliance technician to diagnose the problem, and determined that a new replacement was the best option. They instructed me how to order, and gave me choices on make and model. I made my selection, it was delivered and installed, and the old microwave taken away. This took only one phone call (to report the issue). No muss, no fuss, just good service.

The contractors assigned are generally pretty good. So far AHS has been easy to follow up with when reaching a live person. The website is somewhat challenging
