Easy and efficient to file a request. Had a problem with a tech and they immediately fixed the situation and sent a new company to ensure my satisfaction. The online wait time for customer service was a little lengthy but it was easy to wait online instead of being tied to a phone the entire time.
Most of the contractors are good, but every once in a while, I get someone who is not so good.
Anytime we have had a problem, we called AHS and received prompt service. The repairmen have always arrived promptly and checked out our problems and completed the necessary repairs. On occasion, parts needed to be ordered before the repair could be completed. Overall, we have been very satisfied with our experiences with AHS.
American home shield has always been very fast at fixing things. I will renew every year
We have never had any problems having service providers out to fix our issues. The only thing that can be frustrating is the wait for appliance/parts.
I had a problem with my heating system and they stayed on it with the company they sent out until it was done correctly.
