Overall I like the service, but I was told when I renewed that I would get $100 off and March payment would be free. They have already deducted from my credit account other than that it is good.

Because majority of the time you speak to someone they outsourced from another country and it's hard for representatives to understand the exact nature of your problems. Far the most part, it's been good experience overall with the rest of the service
