how fast my furnace/air-conditioner is being fixed

Took several phone calls to clear up a charge on my account. Wasn't my fault. But then wasn't allowed to put in a order for repair until it was cleared up. Then when when furnace was checked. Switch was turned off by tech and I didn't have ac for 2 days. They were too busy to come back to see why I didn't have ac when I had no issue with it until they checked on heat problem.
Awesome service they sent an amazing tech that got the repairs done in a matter of minutes
