We bought a home in May and my sister suggested getting American Home Shield for our home warranty provider. I was told some really bad things about another company who didn’t cover my daughter in law’s family a/c or dishwasher, so I was a little weary. We started having having trouble with our A/C in August, but American Home Shield covered it! Although it took several weeks to have my appliance replaced, it wasn't due to anything AHS did. The contractor was overwhelmed with work.

Service was easy to schedule, had to order part and return which was expected. Repair Tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing that gripes me a little is that we have to pay 75 dollars to schedule the service call along with my monthly 59 dollars a month insurance payment.
