The process was very easy. Plumber came the next day and quickly replaced my garbage disposer. Plumber was efficient and neat. My only issue was that when scheduling I was given a window of 7am to 4pm. They would not give an estimated morning or afternoon arrival time.
Great AHS Experience
Great option for any homeowner. We live in a rural area and it is hard to get competent trade persons to service what we need. AHS always comes through.
Serviceman (Robert S.) was friendly, polite, and professional. Replacement dishwasher control panel delivered within 5 days. Very pleased.
AHS was very prompt in getting a service tech out to look at our furnace. My only complaint was the length of time it took to actually get the furnace ordered and installed. We went 3 weeks between service call and install. Not sure why it took so long but was overall satisfied.
AHS did a great job for me when I ran into a plumbing issue that was covered under their policy however the first two contractors they sent out were not able to resolve the problem. AHS persisted and the third contractor who came out was professional, thorough and completely resolved the issue for me. AHS has my enthusiastic support.
I have been with American Home Shield for just over 12 years and have never had a problem. They have always honored their contract.
