So far, so good. Only problem I had with a contracted vendor was when he subcontracted the job out to an unqualified subordinate. Still, the job got done.

Loving it so far!! I’ve had one service call and it was smooth, went off without a hitch, the contractor was professional, took care of the issue, American home shield was on top of the communication…. Wonderful!!!

Service was great but I had to pay for the garbage disposal after a $100.00 initial copay. So the garbage disposal cost me $175.00 ?
The only negative thing I have to say is that I disagree with having to pay the $100 for a technician to come out that can't actually make the necessary repair because it's not in their scope of work.

So far so good! I purchased an old home and things started going out right away. AHS was a great choice and they’ve been amazing so far!

I enjoy this home warranty. I have never had any issues they couldn’t help with and they always sent good folks to work on whatever I needed fixed. If it was something someone couldn’t fix they’d help refer me. Very impressed with the way everything is set up and the coverage is really good on my opinion. When you buy an older house, you need that extra piece of mind!
