We are new homeowner's - having been in this house for 2 months now, American Home Shield has been great at the appliance issues we have had; however, when our furnace went out (during the coldest temps ) we fought with American Home Shield and got the run-around from the company they sent us. Having to have a tech sent out 4 times and American Home Shield said it would be an additional week to get a 2nd company out for a 2nd opinion. The company they sent to do the work had to be called back at least twice.
The monthly service fee is expensive but I have to give the representative credit in the retention department for working with me

We have had AHS warranty for years and swear by them but you better hope your AC doesn't go out because it takes them about three weeks to ship the parts to your contractor. 3 weeks without central air in 100 degree weather is
