The rep that came was professional and very good, however I have not heard back from AHS to let me know what is going to be done to solve my issue.

Well they did a good job making sure I got a new washer but shortly after I got the washer and the installer left the door lock on the Amana washer quit working on first load. Not their fault Aman has quality control issues.
