They normally are pretty quick and I feel the customer service people care about me, my house and my current situation. I sometimes have difficulty getting an answer from them over weekends!
I sent in a plumbing claim (leaky pipe) through the website. The claim was processed immediately and the plumber was at my home within 2 hours repairing the problem. Just Awesome!
