We've always received great service from AHS! We purchased a new home & it came with an annual service with another home warranty company. We used it once for a stopped up drain and had very poor service as it took over a week for a plumber to clear it.

Overall, I really like AHS. I have it on two houses and it has been very helpful over the years with only a few irritating issues along the way. Last year I had two issues. One was my air conditioner went out during 100° plus heat wave. I was told that it would be seven days before anyone could come out. I made an appointment and I called back to see if there was another vendor we could try and the gal ended up deleting my request so after seven days I called to find out where the person was and they said that the order was ... read more
