I have used American Home Shield for many years. Their customer service is all and more they say they offer! They stand by all their claims from beginning to completion. They send top quality companies for repairs. I have never had a complaint with any service that needed repair. I would recommend AHS to any member of my family!

I rate AHS 4.5 stars. They abide by their agreement and don't try to weasel out. If they cannot fix it, they will replace it with a comparable item. We have used AHS for several years. In that time they have replaced our refrigerator, a standard water heater and a tankless water heater, our garbage disposal, our microwave, our hot tub blower, and they have done several plumbing repairs and other appliance repairs. Our only complaint is that it can sometimes take a while to go through the repair and then replacement process.
