I had an American Home Shield residential warranty on a previous residence. The premium was a fair price and the comprehensive protection provided peace of mind. American Home Shield always provided quick and courteous response to any concerns I had. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Some service requests are handled better than others. The companies used by AHS are shady companies with poor communication skills and very limited appointment windows.

Our AC broke on Monday evening and they got it fixed within a week. Marcus/Tyler the technicians were respectful and quick! April the dispatcher was very accommodating and got the techs out quickly!

My experience with American Home Shield was handled very quickly and satisfactory. Te service people that came to my home were professional and courteous. When they couldn't repair or find a replacement for my ice maker the company called me with several offers. After I made my choice the company made the arrangements and had my new refrigerator delivered.
