Never have had to worry if I needed a repair. They even let me go with a repairman outside their list. Great!!!

They are diligent in taking the claim and sending to the service contractor, but some of the service contractors are not professional or provide adequate repairs..

When I had an issue with one of my bathroom faucets I called AHS, they responded quickly with the repair service information, I was contacted by the repair person who scheduled for the next day to come to my home. Once the repair person arrived they were very professional and replaced both sink faucets so they matched.
