They have provided the exact coverage in the exact way that they said they would. I had the same problem a couple of times, the service was quick and effective each time but ultimately due to a manufacturer defect they replaced the appliance. The amount they provided was very fair towards a replacement. I’ll stick with them for a long time based off the service so far.

Representatives are completely scripted and often don't really understand the problem or just repeat the script without addressing the issue. They also give assurances that aren't accurate. IF the problem is a standard easy fix, the scripts work. If anything is unusual, they are not. Supervisors are very hard to connect with and are likewise scripted. Hard to understand customer service personnel, thick accents. Also, service techs take too long to get to my appt need on average two weeks. Then they have to order parts which is another two weeks. Very slow for what I spend monthly on premium.
