Warranty coverage pretty good. Saved us a lot of money on some major repairs and replacements
Holiday service call at no extra charge. Repairman showed up on Thanksgiving day. At our request, water heater was installed the following Tuesday.

Exceptional Service from the company that American Home Shield supplied. Technicians were very fast and professional. The company sent a technician out the next day and made all repairs within 5 days because it was a holiday weekend.
I had an exceptional experience with AHS. The only thing that was not so great was waiting for the part to come in for my heater/furnace. Once the part came in my furnace was fixed very quickly.
