Nice enough, but the price is a bit high for the service. They could be more proactive by giving tips on how to take care of your home. I don't know that I'll be renewing with them.

The company, Comfort Heating & Cooling, arranged the service appointment on a timely basis. The technician (Mr. S) was courteous and knew his trade well. He respected me and my home by wearing a mask and cover for his shoes. He explained my problem, resolved it and was in and out.

The compressor went out on my LG referigerator; after the failure of the replacement compressor, they were very quick to offer me a replacement frig or a check to purchase the frig of my choice.

We have used AHS for over 20 years with each of our homes. Our service requests have been processed within 2 hours. The assigned contractors have been very competent. AHS also does a follow-up to be sure we are satisified. I highly recommend AHS.
