Very responsive with appliance repair. Part was on the truck and did not have to be ordered. Technician even answered some questions about location of filter. Very professional.
When I say I'm highly impressed with my service from *****************. That's an understatement! I was also educated in regards to the maintenance of my washer and dryer. I purchased my washer/dryer five years ago and I've never had any issues with either of them and I've never had any maintainance done on either. The company chosen to make repairs were excellent. Very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Was a little surprised by the amount I was to pay. AHS is easy to work with.
Our most recent experience with AHS was surprisingly pleasant. Our microwave quit working. I submitted a service request online. A contractor was assigned within a couple hours. The contractor contacted us the next morning and came out the same day. He had to order parts. About a week later, he returned, but found another problem. The microwave was not reparable.
