American Home Shield took care of my warranty very professional. When I asked for a contractor to come to my house for a hot water heater,they issued me a contractor right away. The next morning a plumber called me and said he could be right over. He came and looked at the water heater and said he needed a part and would come back when he got the part. This was Thanksgiving weekend and by that Friday my heater was working properly. *************** did the work and I would recommend them for any kind of plumbing.
They have taken care of our microwave and washer when the need arose. They sent out a tech and was determined we needed a new microwave and washer.
