Most claims were handled quickly. Although there were a couple times when there were delays. I wish there was an option to select the service provider, as it seems I never get a company that has worked with me before. For example, recently we had both of our AC units go down and we made a service request. A service provider came and advised that the work order was only for one unit (I don't believe the online request allows us to provide much details) and they requested I submit another request for the 2nd unit.
