Better than nothing. They service my rural area. Any time something needs followed up, customer service call center is usually useless.

I'm on a fixed income and since my husband died you can hear my wallet squeak when I open it so its important that I watch every penny going out. Unfortunately this year my A/C went out not once but twice in the summer and if it wasn't for American Home Shield I would be sitting sweltering in my own sweat so Thank You American Home Shield for saving me from that disaster.
