Everything went as it was designed to do. I requested service online, within a day the repairman called me to set up an appointment. My pool was fixed the next week. Everything was excellent. The service contractor, Daniel from****************, was great. All in all a good experience.
AS An AHS customer for many years, I recently received great service as usual to repair a water line on my refrigerator. They responded quickly and completed the repair. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional!
Last week my water heater stopped producing hot water. American Home Shield worked diligently with me and the technician to ensure that it was working properly again. I received both an email and a text before each visit to keep me abreast of what was going to happen and when to expect it to happen.
1st time using American Home Shield. Need to have my washer looked at. Easily set up the appointment. They kept me informed -- tech came on site on time, got a text when he was on his way. He was very thorough. Fixed the issue -- ordered a part that had to be delivered, and came back the following week to install. Again, always notifying us when he was en route.
Have American Home Shield the last four years has saved us a tremendous amount of money. We actually didn't have to use it for the first two and last year we only had to use it once. But this year we have been pretty unlucky when it comes to appliances fritzing out and we would be royally screwed if we didn't have AHS helping us. My only complaint is their policy regarding switching contractors during work. American Home Shield gets 5 stars from me! They came in and accesses the situation and the rep immediately identified the problem. After receiving the parts needed to repair my dryer, they contacted me to schedule a date to come out and fix it.
After our new build home warranty expired, I needed a peace of mind for everyday life’s unexpected. That peace of mind is American Home Shield (AHS). We just encounter our first stress tester. Upstair A/C was not working. I submitted a claim online, 10 minutes later I was connected to a tech. Tech visited, diagnose, communicated with AHS, AHS approved, parts ordered, and repair completed. The service to my home heating system was above satisfactory & the technician was a top notch professional. He took care of both of the units and directed me in how to change the filters & told me I should be changing them out every three months.
