Installation of hot water heater. 1st vendor came and inspected the old one and indicated a new would be required and would have to be ordered. Never heard back from that contractor. 1 1/2 months later called AHS and asked the status of our work order/claim and was informed that it had been closed. Told AHS rep that the hot water heater had not been replaced. AHS rep then assigned another vendor who responded immediately, inspected the old water heater and ordered a new water heater. Coverage is usually great, and the contractors are generally responsive. In the past it's been difficult to get problems resolved by calling AHS, but that's gotten better this year.
