When I requested AC yearly checkup I received an email stating there was no one in my area to perform this. I had to call AHS and speak to an agent to get the service. It was the same company that has performed the checkup on my AC and furnace since I joined AHS. Not happy about this. Also, not happy with the constant increases in the monthly charge and the increase in the service fee.
American Home Shield is a worthwhile and efficient to work with!

Well it's like this, the last home warranty company I had before American home shield told me I had to wait three weeks for a service technician to come to my house. With American home shield they had a technician at my house the next day after calling. Enough said. It's all about the service or should I say timely service.

I paid for an Air Conditioner tune-up, but they weren't able to find a contractor to do it, so I never got the service.

I've been with AHS since 2014 so there are too many bad experiences to count. Your wait time has decreased so that's good, but there are still too many musunderstandings, like I'm told I'll be called back and I have to call several times to get an answer. When things happen that your initial associate can't answer I want someone who can, not another promise to be called back.
So far, has been easy to file claims and get repairs done with no hassle.
