I have been a customer with AHS for 7 years and they have always handled my claims quickly and to my satisfaction.
I recently had some problems with my heater in my home. I called AHS and on this matter and they quickly contacted a local plumbing and heating company in my area and I started to work with them. I was amazed how much AHS invested in my heating problem, more than I had pondered on. The work was quickly done by the local company and now none of my family members do not have to worry about our heating going out in the middle of winter. Owning a home can be a bit nerve racking especially when its your first home but, with the support of our Home Warranty Company, American Home Shield we didn't have to worry. We recently experienced this when our water heater went out at the beginning of winter. Their Customer service were very helpful and made quick resolution of our problem, before we knew it we had a contractor come out and replace or water heater.
