Not including last visit, usually long waits for service. Language barrier confusion.Can sometimes get a bit frustrating. Yes they do try to be friendly.

I have had great experiences with Home Shield, except when my air conditioning unit went out and the contractor was horrible and I had to buy a whole new system. Everything else has been good!

The first day our warranty was active our AC went out and they sent someone out same day! A week later our TV died and Boom they replaced it. So far we absolutely love the Warrenty. It's a small price that covers big costly items
