American Home Shield always answers my requests for service. They let me know that the service provider will contact me before the end of the next business day and they always do. They also always ask me for my opinion about the quality of the service and about the timeliness of the service work that was provided.

The first call was to replace a water faucet. Had problem s with contractor. After months the contractor apologized. The second was a dishwasher part failure. Excellent service

We choose to get a new washer because we had been without a washer for weeks and then we found out that the wrong part was ordered which made us have to wait longer and we really needed our washer. The workers were very polite and apologetic. We also had to wait for our dishwasher parts as long but we were able to maneuver around the dishwasher. Again the workers were apologetic. My appointment for service was between 1 and 4. They got there at 7;00 pm. I had waited all day for them to come! I got no call telling me there wo... read more
Excellent service call. My air conditioners both went out at the same time causing me to be without air conditioning in arizona in 105 degree weather. I called American Home service and I had an appointment set up instantly with an a/c company that fixed my problem in under an hour. The entire process was very satisfying!
