American Home Shield provides great customer service.
They respond promptly assign a qualified company. The service people explain what they are doing and then do it. All have been courteous, helpful and kind. I have been with the company for 11 years. My only disappointment was the small amount they paid when my air conditioners died.
The tech came out and evaluated my refrigerator. It American Home Shield less than two hours to settle my case. It was very fast.
Great plan pricing, good web interface, low hold time(s) on the phone. Service was performed in one day -- parts were on the truck.
