American Home Shield provided top notch service. I've used them in the past and they have always provided professional service. Whenever I've contacted them they were quick to respond. The technician always arrived within the scheduled time. They explained what the issue was and how they will resolve it. I needed all the faucets in my home replaced or repaired. The technician completed my request the same day! I have recommend American Home Shield to my family and friends.
It was okay there was some what of a language problem and took way to long to get finished. She had a hard time understanding your rules and what could and could not be done.
Excellent service, which included a 90 day direct, no cost call back should the part replaced fail. We were warned that this happens on occasion and did not want us to have to go thru AHS to be serviced again.
Outstanding service by AHS and Yamaz plumbing. Placed trouble call online on a Wednesday afternoon. Have service company assigned Thursday AM. Hot water heater replaced on Saturday by a very professional individual.

We recently called American Home Shield (AHS) for a problem with our dishwasher. It was determined that there was a problem with the motor, and a new one was ordered and installed. The problem occurred again the next time the dishwasher was used. This time my husband recorded the sound being made by the dishwasher and called the repairman and played the recording for him. Our AC contractor was awesome - they came right out on Monday when our ac went out on Friday - this contractor was exceptional! Having said that, not all their contractors are this good in my opinion, but communication is always good and the contractors always fix the problem!
Repair was completed promptly and professionally. Technician was well educated pertaining to his career. He diagnosed the problem immediately, apologized for not being able to complete the repair immediately. He explained the problem, explained the solution, and was back within a couple of days with the new part...Case closed.
Very satisfied with their quick response to our plumbing problem which was resolved. The company that American Home Shield sent out, His and Hers Plumbing, were professional, courteous and prompt. They quickly found the problem and fixed it.
