Once I was able to get through and talk to the right people, everything went fine. Problems with cooktop and a refrigerator, and they were both fixed at the appt time reserved. No problems with the repairs or the technician sent to fix the problems.
The wonderful lady, Chavaunda, who answered my call was very polite and knowledgable. Guided me throught the steps to set up my appointment. She is a true asset to your company!
