Very happy with customer service with AHS. The contractor they sent out are very professional.
Don't remember associate name, she was really awesome, explained every detail about services, she made sure I did understand everything about Claim
The guy came out and fixed the problem fast
They do what they say and it's ez to setup to get the work done.
AHS has always been very promot in responding to the issues and dispatcing the contrators to fix the issue. When I was not satisfied with the progress made by a contractor, AHS was always very responsive to my concerns and ensured the issues were fixed. One thing I don't like is the cost of Freon (which is what the contractors first try to charge) for A/C units.
I have recently had 2 repairs done and both were done in a timely manner with polite and capable service personel
Always licensed vendors come to do the job
