2nd - call back a/c went out two days after the tech was there after he bypassed the reset switch. Brilliant! Now no way for me to restart
They picked up the portion of the work that was covered under our warranty and were transparent with what wasn't.

I received this warranty policy in connection with a home purchase. Being an older home I didn't know what problems lurked. Fortunately I did because I had a number of minor plumbing and electrical issues. The deductible for each repair was only $75.00 , which is $10 or more less than the competition. Since there was an occasion when the problem was not resolved, I didn't have to pay any additional fees. I saved a considerable amount of money and hassle thanks to this policy. Warranty company covers more things than previous company. Techs have been on time and been able to resolve issues in one trip.

I feel AHS uses the cheapest contractors they can find. I have to pay another $100 for service when the first service the company sent can't properly diagnose the problem
