I've had American Home Shield for years & have always been very helpful. The only downside is that although they try to get to you quickly, I've had one experience where it was almost a week.

We love America Home Shield. Their online service is so easy to use. We had one experience where we used one of the specials for carpet cleaning that was awful, so be careful about the specials, but otherwise AHS is amazing.
