Very satisfied with their quick response to our plumbing problem which was resolved. The company that American Home Shield sent out, His and Hers Plumbing, were professional, courteous and prompt. They quickly found the problem and fixed it.
Excellent. Tech called to let me know he was running 10 min. behind from another job. That's understandable and good service. Fixed my furnice problem in less than 30 minutes. (Which was caused by a previous "maintenance co.) Declined to enter the house to check the thermostat until he had brushed off and put on foot coverings. Oh yeah, I recommend American Home Shield. Definatly.
I have utilized AHS for many years in three homes and their service request response time has improved measurably the past three years. My appliances are older and have required a lot of TLC and every repair call has been very quickly assigned and responded to by knowledgable repair personnel that are prompt and professional, often providing instruction for ongoing maintenance I can do myself to keep the issue from reoccurring.
Prime Plumbing provided excellent service, responsiveness, and feedback to repair concern. Expedient repair with informative and knowledgeable service technician. Service person reported to job in timely manner and was COVID prepared and conscious.
