I like how fast that the tech is assigned and the quick response I get when they are scheduled. However, I dont like the service items that are not covered when a replacement is needed
Helpful in hiring contractors to make repairs
Mainly dislike the amount of money we fork out. The techs have been very nice, but it took forever to get help or the parts a few times back.
I had them to a repair a dish washer and to this day does not work properly.
American Home Sheild is amazing! Get a policy you will not regret it! From the low, low price to the professionalism of of the customer service reps and and repairmen you just can't go wrong. They allow you an appropriate service window to schedule and if you need to replace something your choices are plentiful. I am so pleased I purchased a policy! I have recommended them highly to all my friends and family.
I like the coverage AHS offers. The contractors they have sent to my house have been great!
AHS responds very quickly to request with quality warranty service personnel.
You can always get better. Really enjoyed the technican that came to fix my oven.
Great service easy repair 10/10 would call again.
