Response was fast, service was excellent.
The professionalism displayed by customer service and the contractors that come out to do repairs is phenomenal.
Tech came the next day to check my furnace. It was Friday and a part had to be ordered. He came back on Monday and repaired the furnace, which works now. It wasn't very cold, fortunately, so the weekend delay was not a problem.
They have responded to all of my requests. Resulting repairs are effective. Have replaced appliances or a/c when needed.
