The system works and the problem was resolved. But the problem is back and I need American Home Shield to get the contractor back.

I received this warranty policy in connection with a home purchase. Being an older home I didn't know what problems lurked. Fortunately I did because I had a number of minor plumbing and electrical issues. The deductible for each repair was only $75.00 , which is $10 or more less than the competition. Since there was an occasion when the problem was not resolved, I didn't have to pay any additional fees. I saved a considerable amount of money and hassle thanks to this policy. I feel AHS uses the cheapest contractors they can find. I have to pay another $100 for service when the first service the company sent can't properly diagnose the problem
