I've been a customer for many years and so far I'm pleased with the over all service of American Home Shield. The companies they send out are very professional and knowledgeable about the issues in having. So, I'm pleased with this company. I trust them when my home has am issue.i would recommend this company and I have so far with my family and friends.

There was an AHS certified HVAC Dealer that could come on the day I called, but AHS would not let them. I had to wait another 12 days!

Many appliances are not covered. The policy is misleading

The Rep worked out a deal were my monthly payments are less,but my up front service fee was a little higher.Also the Rep realized my financial obligations had increased.So my monthly payments were waved for a few months.That allowed me time to build up my finances.
