I was very much pleased with the ease of scheduling an unexpected plumbing repair, and especially that this company worked exactly as promised. the previous home warranty company lied multiple times and had NOT ONE service provider in my area for any of the covered needs. When I contacted this company online, within a few hours a plumber was scheduled, arrived when they said they would, and quickly and neatly performed the repair.
So far we have made two claims. Both have been fixed quickly and professionally. Much better experience than I imagined. Thanks AHS.
This program has been very helpful. It's easier to budget monthly payments and pay a one-time call fee than to come up with large chunks of money for an important failed appliance. Their replacement program or reimbursement offers really help ease the stress. We've had great experiences with the contractors!

When I purchased my new home (condo), it came with a 2 year home warranty. Once the 2 year warranty expired, I needed a Home Warranty that would fit my budget. The one that came with my home purchase was too expensive for my budget. AHS was the best option for me. My parents have AHS and love it. Literally 45 days after joining American Home Shield our heater went out the 1st day of winter. We were contacted immediately after putting in the claim and within 48 hours it fixed and back up. Amazing deal.
