AHS has upped their services and response time . I still struggle with understanding the agents if I call in because they are obviously located outside the US. They have recently added a question about understanding to their service feedback form. Right now all the vendors they use in our area are fairly good. It sometimes is the "luck of the draw" with who you get to do the service. I was able to schedule a claim after hours. Immediately got feed back via the portal that a appointment will be scheduled. It showed me who the company would be and an estimated time as to when they should be reaching out to confirm a time. The portal was easy to use and the company that did the work was great.
