My leaks were fixed fairly timely. Wish he would have re-caulked, but putting a stop to the high water bills was the goal and he met it.

I’ve used AHS for several years and I have mixed feelings about their service. If you have a service need during the week it’s not bad(4.5/5) but if you need time sensitive services e.g. A/C not working on the weekend, then it’s definitely poor. Seems they do not have a lot of providers to chose from and things don’t just break mon-fri. Even when they give you authorization to find your own provider, there’s no one on the weekend to authorize said provider, so offering that option is pointless.
