This time AHS came through and ensured our issue was resolved with one of our A/C units.
Prompt and timely
Our plumbers were very polite, and considerate. They were knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.
Contractor was assigned right away. AHS communicated what was covered and what would be out of pocket, there were no surprises. Replacement parts came very fast and the appliance was fixed promptly.

Amazing experience
The service tech contacted us, assessed the problem with the fridge & stove and gave me a rundown. Was contacted as things progressed relative to parts being ordered, eta of return trip to repair & to notify us that they would be replacing the fridge - I chose the "cash in lieu of" option so I would be able take advantage up any year end sales - no doubt my favorite aspect of the coverage.
