Always fast dependable service. I love having warranty coverage and AHS has always come thru. Only downfall is that price has increase and AHS don’t reach out to offer other plans with increase coverage as existing customers

I’ve had ups and downs with American home shield over the years at both my home and rental property, but based on my recent experiences, this company has taken a turn for the better and continues to improve its customer service. I was thinking of trying out a new company and then couldn’t because overall, AHS has been good to me and I as more reliable than the other company I tried. Good customer service, but not worth the money they charge. Every time I asked if something was covered, they said not with this plan, but you can upgrade the plan, which, of course, raises the monthly fee. Agents were cordial, but a little snippy when I chose to go another direction with another company.
