Most recent service was prompt and efficient. we were very pleased. Several years ago service on our refrigerator took a very long time but eventually go done to our satisfaction. I think AHS is working to improve customer service.

AHS is pretty much your only option. They can give you bad tech's as I am sure it's a bid but you can easily request someone else if they are not doing a good job.

I’ve been with American Homeshield for a decade and trust me, when I say it’s worth it. The price I pay a month is very much worth the piece of mind knowing if something break. AHS Is a phone call away and they have someone there in a day or 2.
