AHS has improved their service, getting appointments with technicians quickly and following up when there are delays with the repairs. Now they need to bring their customer service back to the USA from the Philippines. It sucks. We cant understand them and they have little ability to fix the issues. Use Americans!!!
Very satisfied good service and I am happy with American home shield
I had a contract with AHS for just under 6 months before cancelling. I set up 1 claim for clogged drain. I had to call AHS & the representative that assisted me implied that they forgot about me and apologized a lot. I wasn’t in a rush in this case, but it set the tone for future issues in my mind. To be fair I reside in a rural area, and I understand it might be harder to locate a plumber. Anyway, the plumber was fast, and fixed me right up. This reflected on the plumbing business not AHS. Claim filed promptly. Good company teferral
Over the many years I have I have had with this company, and it has been many times, we had one bad experiance and that will be hard to forget, and your company still owes me $264, after we paid for a bathroom heater, and the company lied and said we removed the old one, took it out, and we had the other company, that come down to investigate, we had them replace the heater and I paid them. One of my repairs was never completed nor was I contacted as to why. But my $75 fee was accepted with no refund
