We have had American Home Shield on 3 homes now, first house never needed them, second house used them once and current house we used it 3 time.. great response time and great sub contractors.. we will keep them, it is well worth it!!

So I have been using AHS for about two years and have had great success with their venders. The venders contact me via text with updates as well as AHS to confirm appointments. Sometimes the wait time from inspection to repair takes longer than I like but the text with updates allows me to remain calm. I have recommended them to others and I feel their fee structure gives me options.
