I have had to use my warranty on several occasions and have not had any problems whatsoever. The repair persons are always polite and explain everything about the problem When they replace parts they always show me the broken part or parts when they are finished. American Home Shield has saved me a LOT of money. Great company and worth every penny.

I have been with AHS for over25 years. I like having covered items protected from disrepair. I don’t like the difficulty to get a supervisor when something goes wrong or when can’t get resolution from regular process. Also don’t like scripted verbiage that often is disingenuous. Very long wait times for a live person

They get to the problem right away, if the first contractor cant fix it they allow a second to try, if they cant fix it they pay to replace the item (prorated), always seems to be fair, been using them for many years.

I like the fact that it was easy to schedule my two work orders (refrigerator repair, bathroom sink slow running facets. What I don’t like is: since the initial visit the follow up for both work orders has not been scheduled, nor completed.
