Some of the items were serviced more than once. It should only be one service fee if with in a certain time frame. I’ve tried getting family and friends to join or rejoin but they say that AHS doesn’t approve any of their repairs.
My last two service appointments were wonderful. The vendor came the following day and solve my problem for both issues.

Most recent service was prompt and efficient. we were very pleased. Several years ago service on our refrigerator took a very long time but eventually go done to our satisfaction. I think AHS is working to improve customer service.
I didn’t like the run around trying to get a person to follow up to repair.
They are very patient and that’s a good thing.
I like the fast response time and the willingness to resolve my issues
I like the fact that they're trust worthy and professional.
