My leaks were fixed fairly timely. Wish he would have re-caulked, but putting a stop to the high water bills was the goal and he met it.

After calling AHS to put in a service request a service provider was immediately assigned to make the repairs to my A/C. Very quick response from that provider that I had used before.

We bought our home 3yrs ago. It's an older home and trouble was expected. AHS has covered us more times than I can count over the last 3 years. This year alone, they've taken care of 4 issues. Their response time is quick and the customer service is always amazing! Their online portal is easy to navigate as well.

I’ve used AHS for several years and I have mixed feelings about their service. If you have a service need during the week it’s not bad(4.5/5) but if you need time sensitive services e.g. A/C not working on the weekend, then it’s definitely poor. Seems they do not have a lot of providers to chose from and things don’t just break mon-fri. Even when they give you authorization to find your own provider, there’s no one on the weekend to authorize said provider, so offering that option is pointless. where we live, there isn't a service company that is close to us, so they have to come a long distance to service us, so that takes time, but it's worth it.

So far I am very happy that I have AHS. Just bought my first house and have already had a few service calls and all were handled efficiently and without issue. I love that I have more peace of mind knowing AHS has my back and won't nickel and dime me or dispute legitimate repairs. I'm hopeful it's not just the "honeymoon period" and the great service will continue!
