Over the many years I have I have had with this company, and it has been many times, we had one bad experiance and that will be hard to forget, and your company still owes me $264, after we paid for a bathroom heater, and the company lied and said we removed the old one, took it out, and we had the other company, that come down to investigate, we had them replace the heater and I paid them. We have had good service everytime we have to have someone out. heater was done to our satisfaction, after two visits, it has worked very well. The ice maker was replaced and doing very good.

The monthly price keeps going up. I just had it increase again so right now I am not very happy with American Home Shield. I have already started shopping around for another company with better rates.

AHS is always there. They will always send a technician, sometimes they're good sometimes not. If there is a problem with a technician AHS will try to resolve it but, they are not always on your side.
