Honestly... claims are handled quickly and most stuff is covered. Every once in a while I'll have to pay more than the deductible, but that doesn't happen very often. Good company

You hear so many bad stories about warranty companies, but I’ve been very happy and impressed by American Home Shield. They initiated the claim in a timely manner, and their vendors responded in a timely manner.

I gave a 5 so far because, I've used my warranty twice, but my response to my request are always prompt. I've never had an issue yet. I do everything online so I never spoke with AHS customer service once. I've never had too.

Easy to request a service but when it comes to receiving an invoice, there is a challenge. The service provider Circa Service can’t provide the invoice since I did not pay them directly for the job and American Home Shield keeps putting up barricades as to why they can’t provide me with an invoice. I have had 3 different answers from 3 different agents so far. The first said she emailed it to me (which I never received), the 2nd said they couldn’t provide invoices to customers, and the 3rd said the plumber has yet to submit ... read more
