LG WASHER If I could give no stars I would. Firs of all, I made an appointment and a few hours later I receive an email saying the appointment was cancelled and if I want another one I should go online and make another one, which I did. The technician came on time and very polite, I’ll give him that. He explained to me what could be the problem. Scam artists. Terrible service, canceled appointments finally arrived before appointment window. THE REALLY BAD: website claims free appointment and free estimate. Although the charge a mysterious “diagnostic” fee of $100. So when I didn’t use the service. $600 more than a Roto Rooter quote they hit with the diagnostic fee. When I called to complain they said yes. This company is horrible. Don't let them fool you they work as a broker for the appliance repair field. Non of the technicians are a direct hire. I called for a microwave repair to replace the electronic door switches. They sent out some loser technician that had no experience. He tells me the switches don't need to be replaced but only adjusted. He refused to replace them. Well, it cost me $196 for 10 minutes worth of nothing. I continued to have the same problem. Used service to have repair on refrigerator ice maker. Company promised to attend to the problem the same day but they postponed twice stating personal emergency with the repair guy. When the repair guy showed up he told me that there was no personal emergency. Looks like they were making a wrong promise to get my order. Repair guy could not fix the problem. Very poor scheduling and appointment system. Apparently when you are booking a spot online, there is no guarantee that any technician is actually available. I found this out after 3 attempted appointments in a row were cancelled by AHS due to no technician being available. Why am I able to see a "slot available" if this company doesn't even know if it is viable?

Horrible customer service. Too difficult to book, they needed extra hand holding just to determine what the job was (when I clearly stated in writing what I needed) AND they cancelled last minute with no options for follow up. Claimed "over-booking" made things difficult. I recommend just going to HomeAdvisor or somewhere else and communicating with the trades-person directly. Proconnect wants you to only pay through the company so they are essentially taking money from workers for providing horrible customer service. NEVER ... read more

this company is unprofessional, last minute canceling appointments, First i schedule a appt for Monday morning 8am - 10am, and text me 7am they don't have anyone to do the work. Ok so I reschedule for 430pm that day and still nothing. so I make a appt for Tuesday 1230-230pm and I get a call at 1240 saying that the cleaner calls and stated they cant make it to reschedule again....this is ridiculous and when I stated to find someone else for today they said they cant do that smh don't waste your time

Very friendly person showed up, looked at the unit, old us to let our refrigerator run for 12 hours and call back. Charged us $59 and we never heard back from them, despite sending 5 text messages, two phone messages and a phone call that was answered. So, we bought a new refrigerator. Their response was, “so what”. Don’t let these folks get away with this stuff. Make them do real diagnosis and take responsibility.

TERRIBLE! AHS cancelled repair appointments 3 times on my washer. The first one while I was online making the appointment and the last two via Email. This is not a reliable business group. The individuals working for them may be fine at repairs but the corporate entity is not worth any of your time.
