Awful company. Not helpful, does not care about you or your home, just wants to finger through their fine print and find the reason they can use to deny your claim. I feel robbed after using this as my warranty company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This is my first experience with this company. I spoke to a representative to file a claim for the dishwasher I acquired in my new home. I explained in detail that the door flops open with all of its weight and that it is a danger and hazard to my grandchildren. Three adults have already gotten bruised and hurt by this door.I arranged for a technician to come out and see what is required for a repair. The absolute worst company I've ever had to deal with. They are extremely slow, no updates without repeated calls or emails. They don't want to pay claims, make it near impossible to get paid. I'm just thankful I didn't pay for their service, it came with my home purchase. Needless to say, I won't be using their service going forward.

I would not recommend this company. They try to find any way they can not to pay a claim.I had a roof leak. We had a roofer come out. **** asked him some questions which he really wasn't in a position to answer. They asked him where the leak occurred. He told them it was where the garage met the kitchen. The leak was hitting an AC duct in the house (you don't AC the garage). If we had known this was a critical fact, I would have shown him exactly where the water was in relation to the house.Since the contractor used the word... read more

My first experience with them and now Im looking for another home warranty business. This companys not covered part is larger than whats covered and make sure you read through jt. Dont know how they can be in business. There is no detailed information whats covered or not besides whats at their website and the not covered area is long. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Unhappy with this company and their practices. I have had to spend money to have a contractor come out to tell them the model and serial numbers. I have been trying to cancel for a week now and they cant seem to respond to that either. Dont choose them.

First off- AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST IF YOU WANT YOUR FAMILY TO BE SAFE OR YOUR HOUSE PROTECTED. Due to gross negligence and disregard for my familys welfare, this company blatantly disregarded safety procedures and technical experts advice resulting in a FIRE in our home. Do not trust this company, spend your money on them, or even humor their cheap warranty options. They do not cover anything, they will deny service without giving reason. They'll take your money but will not fulfill any promises.Paid for a technician to come out and service my dishwasher. The fix was easy, needed a new control board. **** denied the coverage, giving no reasons. Fix was easily within their warranty coverage and at a reasonable cost.Again, do not give them your money or business.
