First, check all the recent reveiws. I am one of MANY......I've been paying **** around $50 a month for three years now. I have had to file two claims during that time. The most recent on our boiler system that has failed. I can promise you....this company will blow your mind with how little they actually offer you on a claim. They say don't worry for break down but will leave you stranded with simple reply "Your Claim cannot be approved". I live in ********. My furnace broke just about when winter was starting. Their response was they can't approve my claim. I ended my replacing my furnace paying all by myself. I wish there was possibility to give 0 rating. Please don't opt for ****. I have two claims and they will not pay either one because **** said that the invoices don't meet their criteria. These are however invoices from the company and that is all both companies have to send.

Misleading home warranty products and coverage! I would give them no stars if it was possible. ****'s ****************** and "what is covered" documentation does not explain things in the detail that is needed to understand what their warranty covers. I have their base coverage plan plus the buyer preferred upgrade. they will ONLY pay 50% or less of invoice - cancelling them after 7 months. garage door computer broke so $1100 to replace and install they said $250 they will pay and now shower valve broke which is $600 and they pay only $250 and third was fridge and they just said no to fixing it.

Terrible Experience. They try to play word games with you. I had heating system issue, which is clearly spelled out as a covered item. They did everything they can to not listen. This is exactly the reason you want to have a warranty but they find a way to come up with an excuse anyway. Do NOT choose this company. A waste of your time. They should not be in business at all.

Awful company. Not helpful, does not care about you or your home, just wants to finger through their fine print and find the reason they can use to deny your claim. I feel robbed after using this as my warranty company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This is my first experience with this company. I spoke to a representative to file a claim for the dishwasher I acquired in my new home. I explained in detail that the door flops open with all of its weight and that it is a danger and hazard to my grandchildren. Three adults have already gotten bruised and hurt by this door.I arranged for a technician to come out and see what is required for a repair. The absolute worst company I've ever had to deal with. They are extremely slow, no updates without repeated calls or emails. They don't want to pay claims, make it near impossible to get paid. I'm just thankful I didn't pay for their service, it came with my home purchase. Needless to say, I won't be using their service going forward.
