Dont waste your money. Weve had this warranty for almost 2 years and it has covered about $600 of $5000 plus in repairs. Put the monthly payment aside for emergencies because they have all kinds of fine print to prevent them from paying a claim. No contractors in my area want to work with them. In fact, I have even had contractors state they will Charge more if they have to deal with them. It started very nice with a friendly customer support, but at the end they denied to pay for AC repair. This year I have their warranty because it was bought for me by the seller of a house. I don't think I'll keep working with this company next year

Horrible company. Total rip off. Scam, won't pay claims. Excuses. No pay outs. **** you around when you want to cancel and get a refund..

Peace of mind went out the door when the internal board and compressor of my HVAC unit went out. Before the process even started, I was told the warranty did not cover anything if the parts were still under warranty. Well... when labor is $3,000 in addition to a "free part" under warranty, it packs a punch. This home warranty did not stand up to what was advertised. I'm due up for a renewal and won't be renewing.

This company manipulates you into thinking you have a piece of mind when you purchase this warranty. Its the opposite. They say plumbing is covered. Its only covered up to $500. Also, they ask probing questions to you and the technician in attempts to get the answers they are looking for so they can deny your claim. When you plead your case, they just tell you its out of their hands. They are extremely well trained to deny your claim, they are not here to help. They are here to rob you of your money. Nopeitem can not be repaired, needs replacednope, they will not pay they said they would pay less than 10% onlywownot happy, will review details if warranty. Bet I want the $25 gift card either!

I recommend to not use this company. I filed three claims and only one contractor agreed to come out to look at my air conditioner. **** other contractor said they would not deal with ****. Once on-site the contractor listed several possible causes and said he would need to do ******************. The **** person seized on the least possible cause (faulty installation, on a unit that had been working for 20 years) and denied the claim. They were fine for awhile until I realized they werent worth it, so I canceled them over the phone. About 2 years later after I had cancelled they sent me an email saying thanks for your payment! I was shocked to say the least. After I canceled they kept right on billing me but never sent me confirmation of payment in my email until about 2 years later! Ill probably have to cancel my credit card to get them to stop automatic billing me! Im furious & not letting this go!

Originally told the work was covered. After contractor confirmed the issue I described, the work was no longer covered. Buyer beware, they will take your money and your time for nothing in return.
