I purchased my 125 PropaNe gas tank from Amerigas over a year ago. The delivery guy during filling MY gas tank dropped the nozzle on my RENTAL tank and all the gas leaked out not 1 time but 2 times. They were a nightmare to get them to fix the issue they caused and replace the gas lost. Stay away! Patronize this company at your own risk. I have been waiting for a fuel delivery for two weeks. Only people you can talk with are in ****** and they are all so sorry for the inconvenience. Sorry but in January in ***** nobody needs sympathy! We need the fuel to be delivered when it was promised. Their excuse is icy driveway, meanwhile there is a construction working adjacent to the driveway and not one person has seen an amerigas delivery vehicle. This is the worst company I have ever used. My husband and I have coined a new term in our house, called Americas rage! Its the most rage you will ever feel in your body. Its a level of rage that BOTH of us have only ever reached in dealing with this company. Its like experiencing every mad you e ever felt all at once. One time, they came within TWO. MINUTES. We have had Amerigas since 2017...always paid on time and was on Autofill...our price has always been around 3.00..it has now been 3.55 per gallon the last few years....after questioning family and friends in area we found out other propane companies are charging 1.84 to 2.11 per gallon...we called and finally got the price for our last fill up down to 2.54...after first talking to out of the country reps that said they would only get rid of hazmat fee...we called several times...customer service was awful...rude...acting li... read more
My last bill for propane by Amerigas was in 2017. I have not used propane since then but they left the tank on my property. I had not received a bill for tank rental since 2017 and the tank was rotting. If I had received a bill, I would have had the tank removed. Then in December 2025, I get a bill for over $1000!!!!! I called supervisor and told her I hadnt used propane nor received a bill since 2017.....She would not change my bill except for only $200 less so my fee was still $875.93. There needs to be a zero star. Amerigas takes weeks to make a delivery but wants the payment right away. Several times we didn't get what we paid for and a lot less

Amrigas took over ** ******. No contact signed with them. Paid rent on tank when price 2 to 3x more than other local providers changed. Sent bill for ****** for picking up tank less than 10 miles. They received ****** dollars worth of propane. Still sent a bill.
