Dr. Nguyen and staff member, Destiny, were so incredibly kind to us when we had to put our elderly dog, Emma, to sleep. Emma might have been as old as 16 years as her age was unknown when we rescued her so this was not unexpected. That being said, it is still a heart-wrenching experience when that sad day finally arrives. I have recommended Anaheim Hills Pet Clinic to two other friends who had equally wonderful things to say about this clinic. I am so glad that they were there for us when we needed them the most.
Amazing. Very friendly and great services provided. They treat you nice at the front desk. Makes you feel welcomed.
I first called Anaheim Hills Pet Clinic, and Hailey at the front desk was very attentive and handled the situation with the utmost care and urgency. I truly appreciated how seriously she took my concerns right away. I then brought Penny to urgent care after I made the mistake of removing her cone too soon following her surgery. She ended up licking and pulling at the sutures just one day after her mass removal procedure on her left leg. I had to bring Marina, our 8 year old German Shepherd, here in an emergency situation. Unfortunately we lost her to cancer and had to say goodbye. Although I would have preferred Marina's last 24 hours to be at home with us, I cannot think of a better facility for her to have been in. The doctors and staff were so caring and compassionate towards her and treated her so well. I had a really positive experience with everyone at this clinic! Especially the receptionists. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, organized, and genuinely kind. Brought my dog here yesterday for swelling around her eye and I was so thankful they were able to see her even though I came close to the end of the day, even though they seemed pretty busy. The staff members were kind and took their time with my dog. Urgent care is always going to be on the expensive side but I felt the price I paid was reasonable given that fact. Thanks!
Seeing Dr Lou Staff is helpful I forgot how hard it is to raise a puppy. Haven't had one for a long time. Love my Teddy butt a little tired ha ha ha
My dog had an eye issue. When I called them they immediately recognized that it was an urgent need and allowed me to take him in to Urgent Care. They did a complete check up and were able to determine that he had an eye ulcer. They provided treatment quickly and he's now back to normal thanks to their prompt care!
It's so hard to find a vet that truly cares about your dog, but I've truly found that here. I've never had a bad experience and I've always felt that they genuinely care about my dogs just as much as I do. Even if I moved away from the area, I would drive back just to continue seeing this vet, love them!
