I had to bring Marina, our 8 year old German Shepherd, here in an emergency situation. Unfortunately we lost her to cancer and had to say goodbye. Although I would have preferred Marina's last 24 hours to be at home with us, I cannot think of a better facility for her to have been in. I had a really positive experience with everyone at this clinic! Especially the receptionists. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, organized, and genuinely kind. They handled check-in quickly and made sure all my pet's information was accurate, which helped everything run smoothly.What stood out most was their compassion. Brought my dog here yesterday for swelling around her eye and I was so thankful they were able to see her even though I came close to the end of the day, even though they seemed pretty busy. The staff members were kind and took their time with my dog. Urgent care is always going to be on the expensive side but I felt the price I paid was reasonable given that fact. Thanks!
Seeing Dr Lou Staff is helpful I forgot how hard it is to raise a puppy. Haven't had one for a long time. Love my Teddy butt a little tired ha ha ha
My dog had an eye issue. When I called them they immediately recognized that it was an urgent need and allowed me to take him in to Urgent Care. They did a complete check up and were able to determine that he had an eye ulcer. They provided treatment quickly and he's now back to normal thanks to their prompt care!
It's so hard to find a vet that truly cares about your dog, but I've truly found that here. I've never had a bad experience and I've always felt that they genuinely care about my dogs just as much as I do. Even if I moved away from the area, I would drive back just to continue seeing this vet, love them!

These techs take great care of our doggy! It's the only Veterinary that our dog doesn't hysterically cry before we go in. They also have amazing boarding services here. It's the only place we trust.
We had to put down our beloved 18-year-old dog and Dr. Jazz was amazing. He was empathic, compassionate, and so helpful. He was there for us and answered all of our questions. The whole office staff was so kind during this difficult time.
