Came in about 45 minutes to closing time for an urgent care appointment. I was in quite a fragile emotional state given my fur baby's condition, and the minute I walked in to a warm greeting from the gal at the front (Kaitlyn I believe), I knew we were in good hands. Very kind and loving people. I had to send my baby girl over the rainbow bridge and they were very compassionate during the process. You would recommend them if you ever have to go thru the same thing.
Exceptional Animal Hospital and Boarding Care We've been taking our pets to AHPC for a couple of years now, and recently tried their overnight boarding services. Given our positive experiences in the past, we weren't surprised to find that their boarding care is just as excellent. The staff is incredibly professional, yet genuinely caring and attentive to your pet's needs. Whether it's routine care or overnight stays, we trust them completely. I highly recommend AHPC to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate pet care.
Ive gone to many pet clinics before but this pet clinic BY FAR was the best experience even though the online appointment. They attended me really quick, The front desk and techs were so sweet and talked to me through the whole surgery process for my cat. 10/10 recommend.
This review is about the staff and doggie daycare. Amazing staff that are courageous and kind! They welcomed our older boxer who just had surgery when we needed daycare due to our busy schedule. We felt a piece of mind that he was at a vet clinic with professional staff. Barrett was well taken care of and excited when he's dropped off. Thank you for easing our minds and caring for our fur baby.
Went for an urgent care visit without appt on a Sat, early morning. Staff registered me quickly, took down what was ailing my dog, had a guess as to what was going on for her, and then explained everything that would happen next. They were friendly, helpful, informative, and showed care for my doggy. Also, they were very upfront about what I could choose for treatment and services going forward and that someone would go over costs with me after the doctor explained and made her recommendations. Unfortunately, our dog was 14 and had lived a long life. We knew it might be time to say goodbye soon, but sadly she had a stroke late on a Sunday afternoon and was not doing well. Our normal vet, along with so many in the area were closed. Thankfully Anaheim Hills Pet Clinic was open and made it easy to make an emergency appointment even though I have never been there before. I just happened to call this place as my daughter needed to euthanize her cat of 16 1/2 years old who was very sick. I was so impressed by Dr. Steven Nguyen as he was so compassionate and sincere during the process. We got to sit in a room designed for comfort for us and our beloved cat. My daughter got to hold her baby the whole time during the process and it was a beautiful and peaceful moment.
