I had the misfortune to put my dog down. From the start, the staff was understanding, answered my questions and made this difficult decision less painful. They were compassionate, caring and allowed me to grief by giving my space and time alone. Thank you.

Our little kitty cut her paw on a shard of glass somewhat early in the morning (7am). I called and they were very sweet and informed me of their urgent care service. We took her in asap, and she was seen shortly after we arrived. The vet informed me that she may need surgery and why, he also offered to spay her, and then provided me with various quotes based on our options. The quotes were all reasonable and fully itemized. I bring my bunny here for all her medical needs and nail trims! The office is always calm, staff is helpful, and I feel they genuinely care for your pets. I highly recommend them for your rabbit (exotic pet) needs. I was especially grateful that they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment today although it was actually for tomorrow. Getting my bunny in her carrier is not the easiest and it's not fun for her to travel. The gal who answered was so sweet!

Today was a day that we as pet owners dread. I had to put my 19 year old Shi Tzu Benji down this morning. What an incredible life he had! After my extremely awful experience with AM/PM Vet Clinic in Yorba Linda (See my review of them. I detail the experience) I couldn't have asked for a nicer experience under the circumstances. We found ourselves in need of after hours care when our German shepherd had rectal bleeding. Dr. Simpson diagnosed and effectively treated her. Her compassion for animals and awareness of the love we feel for our furry children really resonated with us. The universe decided that she would be our new vet. Unfortunately, our Nala's illness was an indication of terminal cancer, and with no treatment options, we found ourselves facing humane euthanasia a few weeks later. I tried out this vet after I was dissatisfied with my last vet and I was very glad that I ended up going here! They genuinely care for your animals and listen to you when you have a concern. The prices are within reason as well! I know when I bring my pugs here that they are in good hands!
I took my cat, Cutie, here for the first time today and was impressed by how through the exam was ! The Vet addressed her issues and I feel confident she was well taken care of and will make a full recovery. It was easy to make an appointment online or by phone and they had convenient hours.
