The doctors are great. I've been coming here for years. The front desk are sloppy and lazy. They have a lousy attitude. I called to make an appointment and the girl who answered tried to talk me out of giving you'll the business.
I will not be going back to Anaheim Hills Pet Clinic and will not be recommending it to anyone. First and foremost, I question the care. Since our troubles with Anaheim Hills Pet Clinc, we have taken our dog to Yorba Linda Pet Care Center and our conversations with the vet team there have indicated that the care given was not effective and they should have known it would not be. I used to love this clinic. I have been an avid defender of this place for almost 7 years. They saved my little dog in 2019 at 9 pm who could ask for more? However over the last 2 years the quality has dropped every visit. It started with pricing increasing every visit. Mind you I came monthly for an allergy shot for my dog so yes monthly! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC... This place is horrible the staff is unfriendly and uncaring of every pet that walks through there doors. I took my dog in on Friday because he was non stop throwing up when I got home from work, so I assumed he got into something, they didn't bother running tests or blood work on him when I got there all they did was give him a injection so he wouldn't throw up anymore, made his illness seem minor, charged me 600$ and sent me on my way... on Monday I went back for a check up and to get him his l... read more

I took a stray kitten to get checked out. Vet told me it was healthy and just had fleas. This Vet didn't take no more than 5 mins inspecting my cat. I asked when would it be okay to have her near other pets as I had her isolated in the meantime. They told me it was okay to bring her around other pets in 3 days. Anyway so my coworker asks to have the little kitten and a couple days later tells me the kitten had ringworm!!! His entire family got infected mind you he has small children! Many chances given. Front desk vibe- they are doing us a "favor" lazy- gross unprofessional. Who does you hiring? Wait times crazy- sloppy people across the board. 11/01/25 front desk staff talking about how much they can drink discussing a Halloween Party- seriously? So bad. I would give zero stars if I could. I boarded my dog at Anaheim Hills Pet Clinic for what was supposed to be a safe, caring environment while I was away. Instead, he was injured in their care. Luckily, grandma was in town to rescue him, or he would have suffered even longer. Their own message to me said he was anxious, rubbing his nose under the door until it was abraded, and that they wanted to give him trazodone to sedate him -- instead of giving him proper attention, comfort, or supervision.
